Welcome to Velocity Clinic Partners ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). Velocity Clinic Partners is a Florida-based company that provides business consulting, training, recruitment, and advisory services for medical weight loss clinics, wellness businesses, wellness studios, spas, and related industries. The information and resources on this Site are for general informational purposes only and do not, by themselves, establish a consulting, client, or professional relationship with us.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use the Site or Services. By using the Site or Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Velocity Clinic Partners, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
12. Termination
